I’m passionate about all aspects of photography, but probably lean more towards Landscapes as it allows me to indulge my love of the countryside whilst capturing its glory through my lens. The path I take to get these images allow me to explore woodlands, mountains and rivers that I may never have, without my camera.
My aim is to capture these wonderful vistas and present them to the viewer in a way that they made me feel when I was there. The more effort I put into taking the image, the more enjoyment I get. I make every endeavour to capture the view in a perfect composition, whether it be early morning, throughout the day or late evening.
Landscapes, however, is only one part of my creative arsenal. I also love taking fast moving subjects, sports, wildlife and even still life and portraiture. Photography has taken me to many places and lead me on journeys that I never imagined, from back street alleys to the highest mountain. Having a camera in my hand has made all this possible.
